Staying on the site
Opening the pages means you accept these terms. Close them if you do not. Correspondence with EMMESzanHe INC can still happen off the site when the law allows.
Published identity
Name, address, phone, email, license number, and D-U-N-S are shown so they can be compared with other records. A service page marks the edge of a writing task. It is not a quote unless a later reply says it is.
Fireboxes are not a how-to
Hearth and nook text is a general description. It is not a permit, an installation manual, a safety certificate, or a measurement we took in the room. Fireplaces and fuel are dangerous. For installation, venting, or repair, use a licensed local professional. A note here is not a construction instruction.
Release notes stop short of a result
Release Material Notes, Introduction Notes, Result Reading, and Digital Handoff do not make EMMESzanHe INC an official partner of any platform. They also do not promise approval, installs, clicks, or revenue.
Mail we refuse
hnsupport@hearthnook.top will not help with fake reviews, incentivized installs, account farming, account rental, fake traffic, or evasion of platform rules.
Files you attach
Attach only what you are allowed to share. Passwords, payment cards, and another person's identity document do not belong in the letter.
Our sentences
Unless a line is marked as coming from your letter, the text and drawings are EMMESzanHe INC's. Saving a page for your own check is fine. Packaging the site as a product, or speaking as us, needs written consent.
Pages can be wrong or down
The site is given as it is. Where the law allows, we do not warrant uninterrupted pages or error-free text. After a company fact changes, use the copy on Company Information.
Indirect loss
Where the law allows, EMMESzanHe INC is not liable for indirect loss from the site or from reliance on a general note. Liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.
Other websites
A link that leaves hearthnook.top is that other site's concern. Social and store links are not placed here.
Courts
The laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, apply, without conflict rules that would point to another jurisdiction. Court disputes are handled by Mississippi courts that have jurisdiction.
